New covered outdoor living zones with integrated louvres extend from each wing, introducing shelter, environmental control, and a stronger connection between interior spaces and the surrounding terrain.The transformation included full structural renewal and complete interior reconfiguration, creating calm, cohesive living environments defined by generous glazing, refined materiality, and carefully resolved spatial planning.
